Flourish

Flourish is an agency of engaged citizens, leaders and institutions from all domains of culture who intersect for the well-being of the city, and whose mission is to “cultivate thriving communities where all can flourish holistically.” We foster the development of grass-root initiatives utilizing direct action organizing methods, asset-based community development methods, and community sharing strategies. We are interdenominational, inter-generational, and multi-cultural and share the common value that all people are image bearers of the creator and should be treated with dignity. We are data driven, and believe that addressing underlying root causes lead to holistic sustainable change.
