I am sure I registered for this since I have had the same phone # for decades. Recently, have seen an uptick in spam callers & texts. I checked the "verify" option on the National Registry and it was gone. So I re-registered. Takes about 31 days to become effective. Assuming this department wasn't DOGEd.

I use a bunch of different tech apps with my job and during this year, the proprietary AI gets it right about 60% of the time. I'm left to figure it out on my own, or wait many hours to get connected to a "Chat" rep that is using stupid AI too.
