Plot twist… I didn’t start with tennis 🎾

I started with Pilates.

So when I picked up a racket later in life, I wasn’t chasing power or perfect form…
I just moved the way I’ve been trained to move.

Rotate.
Stabilize.
Control (instead of force).

And it translated in ways I didn’t expect.

These are some of the ways I use the reformer + apparatus in my own training—rooted in authentic Pilates, with a little bit of my own layering as I go ✨

Not “tennis drills”… just Pilates that carries over.

I’ve been quietly building on this, and I’ll start sharing more of the specific movements soon 👀

Because when you understand your body this way… it shows up everywhere.
