We’re thrilled to welcome Joy Langley as our new Director of Growth, supporting FedCiv and DOC (Corporate) contracts. With her expertise and passion for building strong relationships, Joy will play a key role in driving RIVA’s continued success.

⛰️ A true adventurer at heart, Joy has summited Mt. Rainier at sunrise (talk about dedication!) and even took on Mt. Kilimanjaro, proving her resilience in the face of challenges.

⚽️ When she’s not scaling mountains, she’s inspiring the next generation on the soccer field—earning the ultimate compliment of being called “Coach” by her athletes, a title that speaks to her leadership and mentorship.

If she could have dinner with anyone, Joy would choose Dorothy Parker—a conversation sure to be filled with wit, humor, and sharp insights.
