Olympus IX71 Port Selector Repair

Sometimes you don’t know that there is a problem until you are on site and the customer says “you know sometimes we aren’t getting a full field of Fluor. light” that would be because the shutter mechanism was broken. Repaired it and got it working properly.

Noticed a broken cog in a gear set on this IX71 while doing annual maintenance, it wasn’t giving the client any issues now but could in the future. I had the part in my box and got it changed out.
