That’s what Butterfly Hill deserved.

400 Coyote Run sits outside Jacksonville, Oregon. LEED Silver certified. Eco-luxury. Sweeping mountain views, folding glass walls that open straight to the land, and eight years of intentional living built into every corner of the property.

But the home isn’t the story. The vision behind it is.

We shot this as a documentary-style interview video. The owners sat down and told us what it took to dream this place into existence. What it means to them. That approach is almost unheard of in luxury real estate. In Southern Oregon, we’ve never seen it done like this.

We had a tight timeline and a high bar. We’re proud of what we made.
