I love this day every year! Seeing these students in professions that made me who I am today is surreal! Secretly, it also is my chance to soak it in and enjoy these wonderful students one last time before they graduate!

We’ve watched you grow, grind, overcome setbacks, support each other, and become leaders on and off the sports field/court/pool. The weights got heavier, the workouts got harder, but you showed up! Just like you will for the next adventure!

No matter where life takes you next; college, work, sports, or figuring it out as you go keep showing up with the same energy, resilience, and attitude that got you here!

And remember: stretch your hips, drink water, answer your parents texts, and don’t skip warm-ups 🤗…as always, I’ll be here if you need me!
