The Salty Bee: get a taste of England with sea salt harvested from the banks of the River Blackwater Estuary in the historic town of Maldon infused with raw local honey and our English lavender syrup. The reason we liked this salt variant is because it isn’t so harsh on the front of the tongue but is more balanced for a whole mouth feel. It sounds complex, but the ingredients that make this one are simple. The complexity really lies in the taste.

The Hemingway, not just a Cardamom Rose latte.

What makes The Hemingway stand out goes beyond what you would expect from the balance of those two flavors. The complexity of green cardamom and rose is enhanced with single origin buffalo ginger, ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, Bittercube Bolivar bitters with tasting notes of Chamomile, Jasmine and dried fruit. It’s then garnished with a cardamom and rose spice dusting and atomized rose water.
