Post-COVID Fatigue & Ozone Therapy...

Post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC), often called long COVID, can cause persistent fatigue similar to chronic fatigue syndrome. A clinical study evaluated whether oxygen-ozone autohemotherapy (O₂-O₃ AHT) could help relieve this lingering exhaustion.

Study Highlights
• 100 post-COVID patients with PASC-related fatigue
• Treated using a standardized ozone therapy protocol
• Fatigue measured with the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS)

Results
• Average fatigue reduction of 67% across patients
• ~40% experienced near-complete recovery
• Benefits were independent of age and s*x

Conclusion
Ozone therapy showed strong potential in restoring function and significantly reducing fatigue, pain, and discomfort associated with long COVID.

Ozone Therapy & Sjögren’s Syndrome...

Sjögren’s syndrome is a chronic autoimmune condition often causing severe dry eyes, fatigue, and pain—and currently lacks standardized treatment options.

In a published case report, a 69-year-old woman with primary Sjögren’s syndrome experienced rapid symptom improvement after undergoing oxygen-ozone autohemotherapy (O₂–O₃ AHT). After just two sessions, symptoms including ocular dryness, fatigue, and pain significantly resolved, with no significant side effects reported.

Clinical takeaway:
Ozone therapy may be a safe, affordable, and supportive option for symptom management in primary Sjögren’s syndrome, with promising immune-modulating and anti-inflammatory effects.

Does Ozone Therapy help patients with numbness, tingling due to chemotherapy?!

The OzoParQT study hopes to find out!

This study is a Phase II–III randomized, triple-blind clinical trial evaluating ozone therapy as an add-on (adjuvant) treatment for patients with moderate to severe CIPN. The trial includes 42 adult cancer patients who have had CIPN symptoms for at least three months and are no longer receiving neurotoxic chemotherapy.

Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a common and often debilitating side effect of some chemotherapy drugs, causing persistent numbness and tingling that can significantly reduce quality of life. Current treatment options are limited and largely ineffective, creating a strong need for better therapies.

The primary goal is to determine whether ozone therapy improves:

1. Patient-reported numbness and tingling

2. Health-related quality of life

Secondary outcomes include changes in neuropathy severity, overall quality of life, anxiety and depression, inflammatory and oxidative stress markers, imaging findings of hands and feet, treatment safety, and healthcare costs.

This study aims to provide strong clinical evidence on whether ozone therapy is an effective, safe, and cost-effective option for managing CIPN—potentially offering a new low-risk treatment approach for a condition with very few effective solutions.

Shingles (Herpes Zoster) can be brutal...

It often causes a painful, burning rash—and for some people, the nerve pain can linger for months.

Emerging research shows ozone therapy may help reduce shingles pain more quickly.

In a clinical study, patients who received ozone therapy experienced greater pain improvement compared to standard care alone—starting as early as 1 week, with continued improvement at 1, 3, and 6 months.

🛑 Not sure if shingles pain is something you just “have to push through.”
You may have options for support and relief.

Been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis? You should know about Ozone Therapy.

Ozone therapy is gaining importance in treating MS patients! 🌟 It reduces toxicity and side effects of MS drugs, and inflammation, while improving oxygen delivery. 💡

Due to activating mitochondrial and reducing chronic oxidative stress many researchers have proposed that ozone could be useful to treat MS patients! 🌟

Highlights:
•MS patients undergoing ozone therapy show fewer relapses and display some improvement in their functional score.
•Ozone therapy also effectively reduces both Expanded Disability Status Scale and IL-33 regardless of their pre-treatment values.
•Ozone therapy can be used as an alternative treatment in MS patients.

Not sure about Ozone Therapy? Just google it! So much information is available online from reputable sources and numerous human clinical studies have shown great promise for Ozone Therapy in treating MS.
