We have had a lot of hurt lately so I want to recognize the positive we have some success and when we do we need to let people know how proud we are that they where able to make it out and really turn their lives around!! If you know someone who was homeless, struggling mentally or an addict and they have any days under their belt please reach out to them let them know you are there for them and how proud you are that they have made that step to get help !!!
I want to acknowledge today Maurice Hernandez he was living on the streets and using , and I know I have acknowledged him before but he hasn't had it easy he has been working at Harry and David and then was a victim of the Alemeda fires lost all his things this past year, was blessed with a place for a few months but it was not permanent, he got the call finally he had been waiting for and dreamed of, he is now fighting fires !!! I am just so beyond proud of him he did not give up or go back to the streets but kept pushing forward and now reached the big goals he set for himself !
