I focus on holistic health and I believe that everyone deserves a life full of abundance and wellness.
There are seasons in marriage that hurt deeply.
Sometimes it is a literal separation.
Sometimes you are still in the same house, still sharing a bed, still going through the motions…
but emotionally, spiritually, or physically, there is distance.
And while distance is painful, not every distance means the story is over.
Sometimes God allows space because something in the relationship needs to be interrupted.
A cycle. A pattern. A way of communicating. A way of protecting. A way of surviving that has started to damage the connection.
Before unity can be rebuilt, God often begins with the individual heart.
He starts bringing things to the surface.
Old wounds. Pride. Fear. Control. Avoidance. Bitterness. Unspoken grief. Nervous system responses that look like anger, shutdown, criticism, or withdrawal.
And sometimes, what feels like distance is actually an invitation to healing.
Not so you can chase. Not so you can force. Not so you can beg someone into change.
But so you can learn how to stay anchored in God while He works on what you cannot control.
