OHA’s Klamath Chapter had a great turn out on June 6 for its annual forest trash clean up that helps keep private timberland open to public access. Volunteers picked up and hauled off trash, including tires, vehicles, a motorhome and a boat. Thanks to Rogue Klamath Transfer, Klamath County, Green Diamond, Waste Management, Pacific Metals, Sportsman’s Park, Basin Tire, OSP, ODFW, and JunkIt LLC for coming together and covering the costs to get many dump sites cleaned up. Unfortunately, there are many others still out there.
