GIVE YOUR EYES A BREAK !!!!!!!
I would like you to take a moment and think about this: Everyday your eyes are doing a tremendous job to process so much information. All I suggest is take an eye break! Walk away from the computer for a few minutes during the day. Put your phone or tablet down for an hour before bed. Try not to be on your computer or phone all night. We all need to do a better job of protecting our eyes
