1- You have to realize, this takes time…..and a lot of it. But once it starts, if you’re doing it right, it will have a snowball effect. Don’t forget, a happy customer will tell 2 people, but an unhappy customer will tell 20.

2- To piggyback off of that, you have to PRIORITIZE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION to the absolute highest degree. Even if that means raising your prices to account for the extra time…do it. You have to remember we are in a luxury industry and the customers want to feel like they are being treated with a luxury experience.

3- Lastly, shake as many hands as possible. Your network is your net worth and you need to focus on building your network every day and in every way.  Some people won’t care and will shrug it off but others will REALLY care, and those are the ones that will make a difference.

(Bonus) Not every customer is going to be the customer for YOU.
