Spring is right around the corner and it's go time for us construction workers. The brick will be getting painted, hence the color difference in the repair... a little landscaping and it'll have that curb appeal back.

Although tasks of this nature may appear minor and inconsequential, they can have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction, as the elimination of mold odors and assurance of a thoroughly sealed environment can be invaluable to them. (I've addressed what I could without charge, but did note that further attention to the drainage plumbing is warranted.)

All this for a new stove.... literally had to tear the wall out to remove it. All well that ends well 😁
