We utilized Direct To Film printing process for the Melbourne Youth Band summer shirts as well as for New Leaf tree service. For the youth shirts only one color was required and the DTF produced a clean and bright design.
For New Leaf they required double sided shirts with a chest logo printed on Military Green and Black.

We used Gildan Softstyle shirts as these are lightweight and comfortable and much needed for the Florida climate.

Have you heard about DTF (Direct to Film Printing)?
DTF is a new process in the t-shirt and apparel printing industry.

The process consists of printing your design onto a special film using the same eco safe and long lasting ink as DTG (direct to garment).

This print is then dusted with a special powder and then heated to melt the powder. Once this is completed it applied to your shirt (or many other substrates) with a heat press.

The ink then transfers from the film in to the fibre of the shirt.
This produces bright and colorful prints that stretch with the fabric.

The main advantage of this new technique is it works on cotton, polyester blends and 100% polyester on any color shirt.

Previously printing on 100% polyester shirts was a difficult process that did not yield the best results. Now we can print all kinds of designs on all kinds of shirts with great results.

Other advantages are the ability to print on the arms, shoulders and any position on the shirt. We'll also be expanding this to other items like sweatpants, aprons, towels and much much more.

We've upgraded our website with the latest software. We've got new printing techniques including Direct to Film which allows us to print on all kinds of shirts and substrates.

We've also just added a white toner laser printer to our line up so we can print on a huge range of products.

Also in the works is a website where you can personalize lots of items like jigsaws, mugs, mouse pads, aprons, coasters and a whole lot more.
