Load share: salary potential: average $70k- $80k, high-end $100k++ per year

Current daily driver average per month $5-6k, based on daily driving only 4 shifts per week.

Higher earning potential - $6k-$10k per month for long haul and 5 days pw.

Full Job Description
National provision of CDL Class A haulage for flat-bed vehicles, refrigerated trailers and multi-drop contracts across National & Interstate coverage. Some overnights may be required depending on contract needs.

Job Title: Steeplechase Dedicated CDL Class A driver

Location: National and Interstate.

Position Summary:
This individual will be responsible for the safe, accurate and on-time delivery of haulage contracts on behalf of Steeplechase. They will be accountable for defect monitoring, maintaining all corresponding paperwork and logs as related to the allocated contract(s) and vehicle(s) under their use and supervision.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma preferred.
Must have a valid Class A CDL license with minimum 12 months driving experience.

Skill Summary:
 Able to read, write and comprehend English

 Must be able to drive 10 and 18 wheeler trucks in all types of weather and to chain wheels if needed

 This roll requires manual handling. Able to lift/push 100 lbs.

 Must possess a drug-free good driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical

 Must possess a valid CDL license (Class A required)

 Able to complete jobs within allotted time schedule

 Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision

 Must be a team player and have a positive attitude

 Excellent attendance, safety and work record

Salary/Grade: Gainshare contract, split-load contracting arrangement. Negotiated % share of contract value upon successful recruitment.
