Happy Sunday, y’all!

Congrats to Nina Barnes on winning the Smith Island Cake give-away last week. Apologies but we had some technical difficulty uploading the video of the drawing.

At the end of this week I will be heading to take our granddaughter home.
She has been out swimming on the lake almost daily with me, her Poppop and Uncle and her love of swimming is second to none!
And as much as we hate to see her go, I know her parents miss her terribly and need to get her on a solid routine before she starts back to school next month. We are so grateful to have spent some of the summer with her and we hope it has been filled with wonderful memories she will cherish as much as we will.
Since it is such a long trip and because I will need to make a quick turn-around, this weeks offerings menu as well as delivery bandwidth will be scaled down slightly to make sure I can accommodate everyone. So unfortunately, there will be no Friday deliveries or pickups; everything will be done Thursday.

- Additionally, due to fuel costs please understand that we have delivery minimums for areas. If the minimum is not met, there will be a small delivery fee communicated and attached to order total.

KING RANCH CHICKEN
This south of the border dish has tender chicken, layered in soft tortillas and a creamy sauce that has a little kick from ro-tel, peppers and onions. Finished with a topping of cheese and baked together onto delicious goodness. I’m a huge fan of Tex-mex flavors and this dish pulls them all together perfectly!

MILLION DOLLAR BAKED RAVIOLI
This decadent, cheesy, baked ravioli has 4 kinds of cheese, and no shortage of flavor! My from-scratch marinara, seasoned ground beef and all that cheese, layered, topped with more cheese and baked to delicious perfection! I warn y’all, this isn’t just any ol’ ravioli, when it’s “Million Dollar”, you KNOW it’s going to be good!

TATER TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Smoked sausage, onion, peppers, and a cheesy, decadent cheddar sauce tossed with tater tots and baked to a golden delicious finish! I love to have one of these in the fridge to pop into the oven on the weekends for a tasty “brunch” bite! Totally delicious!

Always a staple in our home (mostly because Hubby would literally eat this on toast EVERY day), you can never go wrong with a good, old fashioned egg salad!
I love the simplicity of this classic egg salad with only a few ingredients!

GROWN-UP CHICKEN SALAD
I put this out at parties with crackers, veggie trays or “scoop” tortilla chips and it is always gone in a flash!
Delicious, creamy, white meat chicken salad is wonderful…BUT…add some toasted pecans, red grapes (and a couple of secret ingredients of my own); and we’re talking about “next level” goodness! Great on salad, crackers, or all by itself; this is one of my all-time favorites! (**Note: Contains nuts**)

CREAMY CHICKEN TACO SOUP
I had a craving for this recently and as I was making some for Hubby and I, it occurred to me that I haven’t offered this in quite a while! Loaded with tender chicken, taco spices, corn and beans; this creamy delicious soup is so much fun when dressed up with your favorite taco toppings!

**SWEET TREAT**
KEY LIME PIE
Creamy, tangy, (100% “Hubby approved”) and so refreshing as a cool, anytime reward. One of my family’s most-requested summertime desserts!
So yummy nestled in a graham cracker crust and perfectly refreshing after a meal or as a special treat!
