Through the Sister Keepers Youth (SKY) Leadership & Mentoring Program, we are intentionally training the next generation of leaders—young women who will lead with confidence, character, and purpose.

At SKY, leadership goes beyond titles and positions.

🤝 Partnership Highlight: Building Safer, Stronger Communities

We’re proud to partner with Dress for Success Memphis through the City of Memphis Safer Communities Grant, in collaboration with the Joint Office of Neighborhood Safety & Engagement. Together, we are supporting female at-risk youth ages 16–24 through our Sister Keepers Youth (SKY) Leadership & Workforce Development Programs providing career readiness, life skills, mentorship, and pathways to opportunity.

This partnership directly addresses the root causes of community violence prevention by expanding access to education, workforce development, and economic stability. When opportunity increases, communities thrive.
