This customer came in because windows locked her out by asking for a password instead of the 4 digit pin she originally set. There was no password for her account.

She wanted to save the existing files and then recover the account. During the screen removal to access the hard drive for data extraction, the screen cracked.

I ordered the replacement screen and recieved a screen nearly identical but with connections flipped on the wrong side. After finally receiving the correct screen it is now installed and the pc is almost finished.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to point out a few things - mistakes will happen. It is how you handle them that makes or breaks your business.

This customer called about fixing a laptop screen that another individual tried to replace but failed in doing so. Turns out he broke the connection.

A cheapish part and some time later and this laptop screen will shine bright again!
