We are approaching the completion of Week 1 of May!! Finish this week as strong as you can. It doesn’t matter how you started the month, changes can still be made.

This Fitness Journey is filled with highs and low. Starting, quitting and starting over again.
Remember, it’s a lifelong journey. It’s a PROCESS. During that process of starting, quitting and starting over. You’re silently building and growing.
It may not feel like it while you’re going through, but that’s exactly what’s happening.
Eventually, if you keep trying, everything will start to come together.
Keep going! Don’t quit on yourself, bet on yourself.

Disease doesn’t run in families,
Bad eating habits do.
Bad eating habits, lead to sickness and eventually lead to disease over time.
This is why doctors always ask about your family history. When those bad eating habits are passed down to you, your kids and your kids, kids… The doctors already know that there’s a good chance that you will have the same issues.
You’re either starving a disease or feeding one.
▪️Anxiety
▪️Depression
▪️Moodiness
▪️Hair/Skin issues
These are not always tied to stress, life and genetics. It’s often passed down bad habits.
Someone has to break the cycle. Will it be you?
I often hear clients say how hard it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. A large portion of it is because they were not raised up or trained up that way.
If you didn’t come from a healthy family, make sure one comes from you.
You MIGHT have to take one for the team(family), the tough route to break the cycle and create Generational Health in your family.
Make sure that your family doesn’t have to struggle like you did.
Breaking generational cycles is apart of your purpose in life.
