🚨 Why should you be intentional about hydration before training? 🚨

Did you know that over 30% of college athletes show up to training with at least a 2% body weight level of dehydration?

This can create a loss in strength of an average of 35% which impairs maximizing the time and effort spent in that training.

It also leads to a higher risk of injury due to a ton of factors, including having stiffer muscles, reducing blood flow to worked areas, and allowed electrolytes leading to cramps.

Before committing time and effort to training, make sure you’re not low on body weight due to a loss of water, and if so make sure to drink some water and electrolytes!
