A and S Insurance Solutions

It has been quite the journey forming A and S Insurance Solutions. Beginning as individual agents in 2006 (Shade Sullins) and then in 2007 (Amanda Farmer) we started with a global captive insurance company and realized the potential of joining forces. This collaboration allowed us to afford bigger office space and retail space, and also provided an opportunity to share ideas and grow our agencies together.
Recognizing the limitations of being a captive agency, we decided to become an independent agency. This transition allowed us to offer a wider range of options to our clients, catering to their unique risks and needs. We formed A and S Insurance Solutions with the aim of being a one-stop shop for both personal and business insurance needs.
Despite starting our new agency in the midst of COVID in March of 2020, we found that it was the best time to transition onto a new platform and grow our agency to a whole new level. Now, we can customize insurance policies for each individual need, even if it means having different policies from different companies under one agency umbrella.
Our approach is relationship-based rather than transactional, focusing on forming trusting business relationships with our clients. This ensures that each client feels right about choosing A and S Insurance Solutions as their agency. Our journey is a testament to our adaptability and commitment to serving all of our clients’ needs. Our boutique approach to customizing insurance packages sets us apart from our competition.
