IT Business Analytics and Project Manager role, with responsibility for cross-functional ERP integration teams to deliver global reporting within JDE and SAP ERP’s. Owns the delivery of end-to-end process for the business transformation program. Maintains a global view of process performance, facilitates evaluation of changes across deployment groups and coordinates solution governance and delivery for any necessary changes to the end-to-end process. Drives adoption of to-be processes and builds alignment within the businesses and functions. Facilitates rapid decision making through collaboration and influence with key business and functional leaders. Acts to engage others and serve as a change agent for the company. 12-month remote contract with possibility of extension.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification
• Requires solid IT Project Management expertise with ERP integrations for global operations.
• Experience in Analytics and Reporting activities in Agile environments.
• 10+ years of IT experience; 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Expertise with JIRA and MS SharePoint preferred.
• Excellent communication, risk management and leadership skills required.
• Ability to navigate changing requirements, ambiguous situations, and complex technology scenarios.
• Exposure and experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization.
