Assistant Operations Manager
Essential Job Functions:
• Evaluate services using audit tools provided to ensure quality of service
• Assist with the management of client service calls
• Provides support during client start-ups
• Manage Field Supervisors to provide strong support with guidelines and training.
• Investigate disciplinary reports from Field Supervisors and senior management to ensure compliance and achieve resolutions for client satisfaction.
• Prepare and review client service reports
• Work closely with other staff to assist with the carrying out of office functions
• Provide after-hours response at client sites for such reasons as site inspections emergency response situations or disciplinary concerns with security staff
• Evaluate equipment malfunctions and concerns and ensure timely repair of equipment
• Manage routine maintenance needs of equipment
The Most Qualified candidate would exemplify:
• Previous Contract Security, facilities management, and/or military or law enforcement experience
• Experience in a leadership role a plus
• Strong service-oriented leadership skills to include interpersonal and organizational development
• Proven ability to lead and manage employee relationships
• Able to manage multiple tasks with the ability to prioritize in complex situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of vehicle repair/maintenance as well as use of hand tools and power tools
• Proficient knowledge and use of Excel, Word and Outlook
