So good to see our wonderful friend Willie Mae at Kroger in Germantown today. We go way back with Willie Mae and you will never meet a better person than she is.

We are participating in the annual Science of Wine event tomorrow, 9/9, at MoSH (aka the Pink Palace). This is a great fundraiser for the museum and we need to support all things Memphis right now.

Happy Easter! Now that you have a plethora of hard boiled eggs, make pimento cheese deviled eggs. Peel six eggs, add 1/4 cup Tom’s Tiny Kitchen Pimento Cheese (either variety), four tablespoons mayonnaise (may sub plain Greek yogurt) and S&P to taste. Garnish with chopped chives or pimentos. Bob appetit!
