It reminds me that true leadership isn'tdefined during the easy seasons, but by how we show up, innovate, and anchor our community during times of transition and growth.”

🩺 From your perspective, what does Men’s Health Month mean to you, and why is raising awareness around men’s health important?

“Men’s Health Month is a critical call to action to dismantle the silence that often surrounds men’s well-being. Raising awareness transforms health from a reactive conversation during a crisis into a proactive, daily commitment to longevity.”

🌟 What message, advice, or words of encouragement would you share with men regarding prioritizing their health, wellness, leadership, or personal well-being?

“True leadership begins from within; you cannot pour from an empty cup. I encourage men to treat routine check-ups and mental wellness with the same strategic importance as a major executive decision, as prioritizing your well-being is an expression of strength for your family and community.”
