This week, 121 Career Launch Academy fellows stepped inside Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare to explore the many careers that power healthcare.
Through hands-on learning, conversations with healthcare professionals, and time in the Simulation Lab, fellows gained real-world insight into healthcare careers.
Here’s what they told us:
• 96% attendance across our healthcare cohorts.
• 4.76/5 average rating for helping them better understand and prepare for healthcare careers.
• The Simulation Lab and conversations with Methodist professionals were the most valuable parts of the experience.
• Many fellows left with greater confidence and a clearer vision for their future.
Strong workforce systems are built through partnership. When employers, educators, and community organizations work together, young people gain more than career exposure—they gain access to experiences, relationships, and opportunities that help shape what’s next.
