Bostock and Obergefell in Senate Judiciary The bills challenging the Bostock and Obergefell Supreme Court decisions are on notice for the week of March 23 in Senate Judiciary. When a bill is on notice, the sponsor CAN run the bill. It is not a definite indicator that the committee will consider the bill this particular week.
