S*x discrimination in the workplace in any form cannot be tolerated. A local federal jury just handed down two verdicts for our client, a former female employee at Blues City Brewery who suffered such unlawful discrimination, one verdict for compensatory damages and a second for punitive damages. These verdicts will send a message that this conduct will not be tolerated in this town.
