Try these 5 steps for breathing when feeling anxious.
☁️ Sit in a quiet and comfortable place.
☁️ Put one of your hands on your chest and one on your stomach.
☁️ Take a slow breath through your nose.
☁️ Breathe out, slowly, through your mouth.
☁️ Repeat this process at least 10 times or until you begin to feel your anxiety lessen.

Every state has its own legal requirements. Those you will need to follow are based on where your practice is registered.
You can consult with a business lawyer to ensure you’re following all of the laws.
A few legal matters to consider when starting your private practice are:
Whether or not you need a business license
What type of entity to register your business as
Any malpractice concerns
Obtaining professional liability insurance
