Now hiring! Go getters needed!!! Residential construction remodeling of rental houses consisting of interior and exterior painting with sprayers, rollers of various sizes, and of course cutting in with brushes inside and out; exterior pressure washing, interior sheet rock repairs, wood repairs such as exterior fascia and soffit, siding replacement, cleaning out and removal of previous tenants leftover junk, etc… I am looking for someone who wants to work and grow with the company. MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM EACH JOB AROUND THE CITY. Experience preferred but I’m willing to train the right person. Wages will be based on experience and consistency for showing up to work, but starting pay will be up to $20 per hour and will be re-evaluated at 90 days from start date.
