Centered around a beautifully textured lime-green parakeet, this work is a celebration of “MORE is MORE.” I wanted to create a sense of movement and abundance, framing the bird with intricate floral patterns, soft lavender stars, and pops of vibrant yellow fish.

Hi everyone! I’m Elizabeth Owen, and along with my husband, Tim Kinard, we are OK Clay Shop — the “O” from Owen and the “K” from Kinard. We’re both college art instructors and share a passion for transforming our illustrations into lively, story-filled ceramic forms.
