Bluefin Tuna 🐟
-We source our bluefin from different parts of the world. Spain 🇪🇸, Mexico 🇲🇽 , Boston , Australia 🇦🇺, and of course Japan 🇯🇵. Each region having its own unique profile. With it being one of our most favored menu item, we go through at least 1 entire Bluefin a month. That’s an average of 200-300lbs of fish. And don’t worry , Bluefin Tuna sustainability has improved significantly. Enjoy a nice cut of Sashimi on your next visit. You wouldn’t regret it.
