The High Cotton Collection

EVERY. DAY. Getting at least a handful every single day! I’ve started freezing them because we can’t eat them fast enough! These are average sized…some are much bigger, some are smaller. NO this (the white powder) isn’t mildew or mold on them…it’s food grade diatomaceous earth…to keep the pests away…it’s helping some but some other critter (that is larger & not affected by DE) likes them perfectly ripe as well bc whatever it is, is eating the bottom half of the ripest strawberries unless I get to them first!! Making me MAD!! Also added some beneficial nematodes that should make a big difference in a couple of weeks!! Made the BEST strawberry better EVER!!!! I’ll post the link to the recipe in my stories!! I used butter that I made from whipping cream & strawberries from my raised bed but you can use store bought butter & strawberries as well!!
