Well, we made it thru Monday!
Just watching the news...not a lot of positivity there. WI numbers are awful.
AWFUL. How can you help?

-Stay home. I know. I get it. I’m tired of my house, my kids (but not my dog), my refrigerator, my treadmill (when I acknowledge it’s existence). Now is not the time for rebellion. A virus can’t spread without a host. Deny it more chances.

-Wear a good mask. I wear one 9 ish hours a day. It’s awful. I have chin acne. My ears hurt. My asthma is worse. But I’m not dying, and I’m not getting anyone else sick. It’s more than worth it. I’m stealing my kid’s ZO acne control stuff...

- Check in on friends. Or neighbors. Or the guy working at the store. If we have nothing else to give, being nice is cheap and easy to do. Masks make it harder to communicate clearly-don’t just smile, say something positive. Say thanks, I appreciate you, cool mask, let me get the door for you.....it matters.

Keep on keeping on. We can do this together.
