Make sure your home is giving off spooky vibes from decorations and not from being unkept. Follow these fall maintenance tips to keep your home looking and running great. In other words, remove those spider webs and then hang fake ones! 😂

Inventory is up 30%

Even though inventory is up 30% year-over-year, we aren't quite in a balanced market. Take a look at what constitutes as a "Seller's Market" and a "Buyer's Market" and see that even though we're inching back up to a more balanced market - we're not there quite yet.
