Restore Merced

It's hard to believe we are already 3 weeks into the new year! The Restore Merced community has picked up right where we left off as we move towards stability together through our pillars of work, growth mindset, healthy community, and Christ-centered spiritual formation. Pictured is our January Re-Storied night at our shop where we come together as a family to share a meal and learn from one another's story of transformation.

We want to say a big THANK YOU to you all for your support and partnership. Our end of the year fundraising campaign brought in just over $82,000 to invest in continuing to create a Christ-centered community of belonging and meaningful work opportunities. We are humbled and grateful!

Over the last few years, we've been able to offer roughly 30 jobs per year for neighbors with barriers to employment with revenue generated from work we provide local public entities. We continue to work on securing long term sustainable contracts to ensure we can continue to offer the same number of transitional jobs for people on the pathway from instability to stability for years to come.

We utilize donations to provide our trainees mentorship, life skills, and a community of belonging along with the job. Every dollar you donate generates $3 of additional revenue, creating life-changing employment opportunities. We've raised $32,750 toward our goal of $50,000 in the month of December.
