I truly love what I do. While I had already known Matt for 8 years, of course I wouldn’t have said no when they asked me to photograph their wedding. But I treat all my couples like I would Matt. I want to be there to fist bump you and celebrate DOING THE DANG THING. I want to joke with you and give you crap to help ease your nerves. I want you to not feel judged while you’re tearing up during vows. I really just want you to feel like I’m your friend. Someone you can trust to get the job done no matter what. That you can lean on and help calm you down. Wedding photography is SO much more to me than just taking your picture.

The sunset gave us a show last night. Maddy and I swam together in high school and when she reached out to do her wedding, of course I was going to say YES!! Thank you for having me and it was so good to see you and your family again (let’s not age ourselves and talk about how long it had been since high school swimming)

Wedding #1 of the weekend was another super fun one! Chris and Kristen had a Red Sox themed cake and are some of the nicest, most considerate people I’ve had the chance of photographing. They are always nothing but smiles during their photos and it makes my job easier!

What a night! When they tell you the groom was in a frat and there’d be 30 of them at the party, you know it’s going to be a fun rowdy group! Megan and I went to high school together and while I don’t normally travel 2 hours for a wedding, I couldn’t say no. And I’m glad I didn’t. It was an amazing day!
