Jimmy John's his hiring sandwich makers / inshop customer service staff.

Responsibilities include making sandwiches, taking order in person, over the phone and by drive-thru. We teach you all the position in the store!

Flexible schedules available - Days, Night, Weekends. Work with 2nd jobs, school schedules (high school and college!) and other activities and commitments. Only want a few hours a week, we can do that! Want the most hours we can give you… we can do that too!

Requirements:
16 years of age
Reliable transportation – You must be able to get here even on snow days
Ability to show up on time as scheduled
Ability to learn / memorize sandwich recipes
A great smile even in the face of great confusion
A willingness to learn new things
Ability to stay busy throughout the shift

Pay: Pay starts at $8.50/hr - we expect you to master the basic skills and move to $9.25 within 30 days. Our goal is to have you a master of at least one position within 90 days and raise you to $10.25! We reward hard work and the passion to be the best.

Management potential and advancement for those seeking to move up - managers make from $13/hr to over $50k/yr. We like to promote from within.
