We often get asked if we pick up the aeration plugs and our answer is no. We sweep what’s on the sidewalk/concrete.

You should leave the soil plugs on your lawn after aerating. While they may look like "p**p" or a mess, they are highly beneficial for your lawn’s health.

Why You Should Leave Them

* Nutrient Recycling: The plugs contain concentrated amounts of soil, organic matter, and beneficial microorganisms that break down and return nutrients to the turf.

* Thatch Reduction: Microorganisms in the cores help decompose any existing thatch layer as they melt back into the grass.

* Improved Germination: If you are overseeding, leaving the plugs provides extra soil-to-seed contact, which can improve germination rates.

As irrigation water is set to be shut off on October 7th, we have openings for Friday, October 4th and Saturday October 5th along with the following week.

Our pricing structure remains the same with last year’s rates. For standard residential properties, we offer front and back aeration service for $50 and front only for $30.
