Things you can do yourself this week:

Clean gutters. Extend downspouts at least 5 feet from foundation. Walk the yard and note any soft spots.

Question we hear a lot in June: "If my yard is dry now, do I still have a drainage problem?"

Answer: yes, if water sat anywhere for 24 plus hours during April. That low spot is structural. Fix it before next spring.
