Scentsy is looking for a Porter for our cafeteria to ensure the servery, dining room, and kitchen are cleaned and stocked and dishes are washed and properly stored

Hours are 6:00am-2:30pm

What You Would Do:

- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs and place in proper positions
- Place paper, china, and glassware in designated areas
- Put away food deliveries in storage areas
- Wrap, label, or date food items for sale
- Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors
- Maintain a clean and orderly dish room by washing and storing all dishes and equipment
- Remove garbage as directed in a safe manner
- Clean work station following daily and weekly cleaning charts
- Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
- Assist other utility staff as needed
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

You Should Have:

- 1 year of experience in a janitorial, maintenance, or food service position
- 2 years of job experience demonstrating work ethics and reliability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain an Idaho Food Handler Certificate

Things You Should Know & Be Able to Do:

- Ability to understand and follow direction
- Ability to interact with customers in a courteous and service oriented manner
- Ability to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers.
- Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and correct chemical handling

Scentsy is looking for a Warehouse Operator to carefully, accurately, and efficiently handle, load, and unload inventory.

Hours are: 3:00pm-11:30pm M-F

What You Would Do:

- Load and unload trucks with raw goods and finished materials
- Replenish inventory by moving raw materials and finished goods from overstock into fixed bins
- Practice First In First Out (FIFO) when moving inventory from one bin or location to another
- Fulfill requisitions from shipping by moving needed inventory to the shipping area for stocking
- Assist in inventory management and inventory transfers using wireless handheld scan equipment
- Put away inventory from truck or manufacturing into overstock using appropriate equipment
- Let down overstock inventory using appropriate equipment to replenish fixed bins
- Perform various inventory transfers, (i.e. bin to bin, block and unblock, and storage location to storage location)
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Assist with cycle and year-end inventory counts
- Identify and properly handle potentially hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

You Should Have:

- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
- Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP systems a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of all software applications applicable to the position and of all functional areas of the Warehouse

Sawtooth Concepts is looking for an Project Manager - Residential and Commercial Cabinetry to lead commercial and residential cabinet construction projects from initial opportunity to successful completion. The Project Manager will prepare cost estimates, develop project schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure that projects are completed according to schedule and specifications.

What You Would Do:

- Reviews project requirements and estimates the number of production, finish, and install hours as well as cost and availability of raw materials that are required to complete the project
- Obtains and assesses bid information and determines feasibility of developing proposals
- Compiles material, labor, equipment, and contingency requirements for each bid
- Sources materials and obtains quotes from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepares, issues, and negotiates project proposals with clients
- Negotiates with prospective vendors throughout bid stages and provides value engineering, price breakdowns, and alternative solutions
- Reviews contract requirements, project scope, and specifications, to ensure project compliance and success
- Leads project handoff meetings with Engineering, Production, and Installation
- Prepares and executes project schedules, including resources, timeframes, and budgets
- Monitors project progress and resolves any issues that arise
- Documents significant events and changes to projects and completes change orders
- Participates in quality control inspections during production and installation
- Follows-up with contractors and customers on outstanding bid proposals
Communicates lead times to contractors and customers
- Participates in production and installation forecasting
- Works with contractors and customers to forecast upcoming projects
- Pursues leads with new contractors and customers
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

You Should Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or Project Management or equivalent experience
- Professional in Project Management (PPM) or similar certification preferred
- 3 years of experience estimating costs in manufacturing, construction, or production or other related field

Expectations:

- Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules as outlined by the Company
- Typically, 40 hours per week 7:30am to 4:30pm; overtime, weekend, and modified shifts may be required
- Travel may be required to installation sites, both locally and out of town
- Travel to installation sites via personal vehicle will be required

Things You Should Know & Be Able to Do:

- Strong knowledge of millwork construction methods
- Strong knowledge of building materials and hardware for commercial and residential cabinetry
- Working knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and woodworking industry software
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- Strong time management and work prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to regularly gather and share updates with stakeholders
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Ability to read and understand specifications and architectural drawings
- Advanced knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require walking or standing up to 30% of the time
- On days where assistance is needed in Production or Installation work requires the ability to frequently stand, bend, squat, walk, reach above shoulder level, perform repetitive manual dexterity, have both arms and legs accessible and occasionally crawl
- Must be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs. safely throughout the facility repeatedly
