FYI: Locust Grove Road is closed from Amity and Lake Hazel near our South Meridian clinic. We know getting around Meridian is a challenge! Please plan travel accordingly.
We have our all-staff meeting this morning! Phones will open at 9:30 am to accommodate our meeting. Our web site, MyChart message portal and on-call care system are available for any non-emergent call until that time! Thank you đź’›

Our staff will be learning the new system in a “soft opening” this week. For this training, North Meridian will close Tuesday, Jan. 13th at 1 pm and South Meridian will close Thursday, Jan. 15th at 1 pm.
On the day of early closure, the alternate clinic will be open for regular business hours.
We are doing our best to make this seamless, but it may impact wait times on phones as we practice and use both systems to document and schedule calls. Thank you for your patience during this transition time!

We want every child to thrive, free from preventable diseases that can cause serious complications now or in the future. We will continue to recommend the vaccination schedule from the American Academy of Pediatrics to caregivers.
