took a step back from social media the last few-ish weeks. I was feeling overwhelmed with expectations from brand deals, keeping up with my personal content, and life. trying to “practice what I preach” when it comes to self care 🤎
I was discussing self care with a client today and talked about how self care should be free. My self care this month is practicing new hairstyles. 🤩
How are you taking care of yourself? 💛
There’s something so special about the simple moments with our dogs—the excited tail wags, the happy dances, and the way they make even an ordinary day feel a little brighter. Watching him enjoy a treat and be completely in the moment is a reminder to slow down and appreciate the little things. 🤎🐾
Thank you Wellness Pet Food Amazon ❤️
Some days, self care looks like a workout, a long walk, or checking things off your to do list.
Other days, it looks like slowing down for a few minutes and enjoying a little treat just because you can. 🍦✨
A reminder that joy doesn’t always have to be earned. Sometimes it can be found in the small moments between errands, responsibilities, and everything else life throws your way.
What’s one small thing that’s brought you joy lately? 💕
One of the hardest parts of healing is learning how to sit with your feelings instead of immediately trying to change them.
We live in a world that teaches us to distract, numb, fix, or push through uncomfortable emotions. But healing often begins when we allow ourselves to feel what is already there.
Anxiety, sadness, disappointment, grief, and overwhelm are not signs that you are moving backward. They are human emotions that deserve space and attention.
You do not have to rush your healing journey. Sometimes growth looks like staying present with a feeling long enough to understand what it is trying to tell you.
Thank you for a space to sit with my feelings.

Don’t worry, girlie… it’s not as big and scary as it feels in your head. 🤍
The conversations you’re avoiding, the risks you’re afraid to take, the things you keep replaying at 2 a.m. They often lose their power the moment you face them.
Your mind is trying to protect you, but sometimes it turns possibilities into problems before they even exist.
Trust yourself. You’ve handled hard things before, and you’ll handle this too. gives me space to reflect on this.

You can’t pour from an empty cup.
In a world that constantly asks for more of your time, energy, and attention, don’t forget to give some of it back to yourself. Rest isn’t lazy. Boundaries aren’t selfish. Taking care of yourself isn’t something you earn after you’ve done everything else.
Fill your cup first, whether that’s movement, quiet moments, time with people you love, or simply saying no to what drains you.
The better you care for yourself, the more fully you can show up for everything and everyone else.
✨ What’s one thing you’re doing this week to fill your cup?
For me, it’s slowing down and taking a class at 💛

Remember this: be kind to your mind. 🤍
Not every thought deserves your energy. Not every mistake needs to become a life sentence. The pressure to do more, be more, and hold everything together can be exhausting, especially for the high achieving woman who’s used to carrying it all quietly.
If you’re a people pleaser or struggle with high functioning anxiety, this is your reminder that rest is productive too. Speak to yourself with the same compassion you give everyone else.
Your mind is listening. Make it a kinder place to live. ✨
