Merriam Christian Church

Thursday afternoon, 150 meals were cooked and packed to be distributed to those in need of a good meal. We prepared ham and au gratin potatoes, green beans, fresh veggies with ranch dip and a dinner roll, and butter. Thanks to members of our congregation for all the delicious cookies included for dessert. A special thanks to Pastor Robin, Emily Ho**er, Carole Prentice, Donna Rankin & Pam Boyd.

Paul (Pete) Jorgensen a longtime member of Merriam Christian Church passed away yesterday. He was 95 years old having been born 12/9/27.  He was a cantankerous old man but, I loved him dearly! You may remember him driving his 1966 Chevy convertible to church. He requested no services however, if you would like to send his remaining son a card please do so.

Merriam Christian Church is hosting a free performance by Rezound! Handbell Concert on Saturday, April 9 at 7pm

You won't be able to say that after attending our concert this April!
