I also wanted to note that we do not have a receptionist here at the salon. If you’ve visited recently (especially around the holidays) there is a good chance I had to leave to answer the phone. This not only distracts my focus from the guest in my chair but also causes me to run behind schedule. 😵‍💫 Therefore, I will no longer be answering the phone while I am with a guest. So please be patient after leaving a message or text and I will get back to you before the end of my day, during business hours only.
