Here's a little bit about me!
Hi! My name is Erin. I am a Dance instructor, photographer, wife and my favorite a "Mom". My little boy is my everything!!!
Becoming a Pampered Chef consultant may have been a crazy idea as I'm juggled everywhere, but I wanted to be in the kitchen more. (My hubby is thankful for this). PC has showed me how easy it is to juggle everything at once and still have a great meal on the table. The Quick Cooker has been a life saver. 📷:)
Before this I had 4 things that I was good at making. Beer dip (very important), meatballs, stuffed shells and anything pasta. Seriously I needed help. Pampered Chef has so many great tools and recipes to help just about anyone, beginner to advanced, in the kitchen. For the first time ever, I have been enjoying being in the kitchen and have my little guy helping. HE LOVES IT! Wait till you see his popcorn video. "It's jiggley-wiggley kids"
