Established Mercedes Benz and BMW Repair business has an immediate opening for an experienced, European automobile technician. Must be dependable and able to perform diagnostics, service and repair on European vehicles. Must have own tools, and valid driver license. Pay commensurate with experience. Central Brevard County, Florida.
Qualification
Valid FL Driver License
Excellent work ethic required
5+ years experience in relevant field
Understanding of OBD 1, OBD 2 and other diagnostic systems
Familiarity with "Mercedes Benz, BMW and Mini Cooper" diagnosis
Detailed attention to record keeping
Understanding of the operation of standard shop machines
The ability to maintain cleanliness (both personal and shop area) and professional appearance (you take pride in your work, abilities and service area).
Responsibilities
Properly document the condition of a vehicle at the point of intake
Ensure vehicle is safely and securely positioned on lift for diagnostics
Perform all assigned points of inspection
Faithfully report condition of vehicle parts
Determine priority of repair
Consult with the Service Manager to complete an estimate for the customer
Maintain a personal complement of tools to be used to service vehicles
Keep detailed logs of all parts, fluids and hours associated with each project
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour depended on experience
Expected hours: 40/week

Automotive technician with experience diagnosing, servicing and repairing European vehicles, preferably Mercedes, BMW and Mini. Ideal candidate would be comfortable working on European vehicles 2010 and newer, must have hands-on experience using automotive diagnostic computers/electronics, valid driver license, good attitude and great work ethic.
