For decades, Sbarro in the Merritt Square Mall has been a huge part of growing up in Brevard County. At the heart of the operation is John, the friendly face that has watched generations come and go, while serving the community one slice at a time. At the end of 2025, this chapter will come to a close.

Please join the Wiedmann Construction & Roofing team on Tuesday, December 30th from 4:00-6:00 in the food court to grab a slice, share a memory, and say goodbye to an old friend. Help us mark the end of an era that means more to us than we ever realized.
